• Cervi apricots 1 kg (35.3 oz)
  • Sugar 600 g (21.2 oz)
  • Orange juice 1


  • Peel and pit the apricots.
  • Put the apricots in a thick pot with the orange juice and sugar, and boil them down for 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring every now and then until the apricots are melted or until the spoon draws a clear line when it scrapes the bottom of the pot.
  • Bottle the preparation in sterilized jars and store them in the fridge for one week.
